Vintage watches

Vintage watches are a cultural icon to many people whether they be watch collectors or enthusiasts. The vintage watch is firmly placed in popular culture, featuring in the realms of cinema, fashion and sport. The big names like Breitling, Cartier and Rolex are well known. The International Watch Company and Longines are known amongst fewer who are versed in the finer qualities of vintage watches. Most vintage watches are a delight of design and engineering, especially those from the art deco period. Jaeger LeCoultre and Cartier have pushed the boundaries of watch design with elegant and adventurous designs. The intricate and finely tuned mechanical movements have been manufactured by Schaffhausen, Valjoux and Venus to name a few of the manufactures. Vintage watch wearers always have something special up their sleeve!
